DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Gift cards are available for purchase so your loved ones can purchase the items that they are truly interested in - versus you having to play the guessing games on what is right for them! Let them choose their gift! 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

IIf you receive an item damaged, there is a 48 hour window for replacement.  If there is an error on your customized product - once you have approved the design, it is up to mamangement on the discount offered for a replacement.  If there is a mistake on our end - a replacement will be sent ASAP.  Due to the nature of our customized products - returns are subject to case by case basis.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We offer PayPal, and card merchant services on our site.  In person or local sales can be completed using Zelle, Cashapp, or Venmo.  Arrangements for alternative payments can be made after you have reached out to the team. We are working diligently to get alternative pay methods available for our site!

We do offer rush services.  This means that for a small fee - your order can be bumped to the front of the production line.  This can be a great use to those who have a last minute need! This service is limited to the products we keep on hand.  For rush processing - please reach out to orders department via TEXT MESSAGE to determine if we can meet your needs.
